I have had the privilege of watching Kemsley Robb develop first as a player and now recently as a coach. Kemsley has a passion for cricket that he brings into his coaching sessions, he ensures players enjoy their sessions and at the same time benefit from each session.
Kemsley has a unique ability to understand a players ability and adapt his sessions to best improve that player. Kemsley builds a great rapport with all players he coaches, he quickly understands their thinking, and uses that to build their confidence and help them work towards their aspirations.
He provides great insight in to the tactical side of the game, he is able to comfortably work with both batters and bowlers, he is able to work with the batters on technical points and bowling at specific times in the game. He is able to build up a good relationship with all the players he works with and has a coaching style that allows sessions to flow and become player lead. His enthusiasm and love of the game is easy to see and has really rubbed off on the players.
I’ve known Kemsley for several years, Kemsley is an outstanding person who’s respect and standards for people and our great game is second to none. Kemsley is everything that I personally value and I have absolutely no doubt he will make a difference to every player he works with.

Kem has worked with my son in a team environment in the County age group set up as well as on a 1 to 1 basis, here he has benefitted from Kem’s enthusiastic and encouraging nature. The level of effort and involvement committed to his sessions is both apparent and abundant.
Since his 1 to 1s it is clear to see the improvements in my son’s technique due to Kem’s personalised training methods and his ability to identify weaknesses in a players existing style and aid them expanding their abilities. Kem, unlike some coaches, has an understanding of the modern game which is now beginning to reflect in Heshan’s game play.
Above all, Kem is a kind, good-spirited and approachable coach whose passion for the game is reflected in his ability to train like-minded youngsters.

My two boys , age 13 and 15 have been having 121 coaching sessions with Kem for over a year now —as a parent I love to see Kem’s style and friendly banter with both boys , whilst pushing them hard and encouraging them to be the best that they can be !
He has great patience , modern coaching ideas and a fantastic insight into the game, be it mental, physical, tactical or technical.
The boys always look forward to his coaching sessions and I very pleased with their cricket development!

I would describe Kem as a very thoughtful individual but confident, competent in what he does and is very self motivated. Kem is well liked and valued by his peers for his consistently relaxed, polite and very positive manner. Kem is personable, always punctual and prepared, hard working and trustworthy. Kem will be a asset to any coaching outfit as he prepares his sessions accordingly and balances them well by setting tasks that bring success and failure in appropriate quantities.
